I just had to say this..... my wife and I have two '86 LS650's
and the amount of information that would be near impossible to
dig up on one subject is amazing and all on this list.
On this list I've found info to
1)fix top end oil seal leaks on both bikes. Amazing!
2) adjust the drive belt.
3) Rear tire problem of lack of size
4)the bike tripmeter idea....Why didn't I think of that!!!!
5) Rectifier cooling problems with saddlebags.
6) Set the valves.
Just to name a few. All this info is in the Clymer's but
not with such personal details that make this list more useful.
I've spent a few hours lurking on this list gathering what
must have taken countless hours of brain time to compile.
